How did you get started in fitness?

I met Megan Avalon for the first time about four years ago and was completely blown away by her physique. She was so strong and fit yet incredibly sexy and just a complete sweetheart. She was the one who inspired me from day one.

What is the sexiest thing about being fit?

The looks and the stares. Whether they're looking because they're inspired, turned on, or even if they're grossed out, it still means that you've caught their attention. And if they're going to stare, might as well give them something to look at.

What body part are you the most proud of?

I'm most proud of my big muscular legs.

What is your favorite exercise and why?

I don't really have a favorite exercise. I do a lot of boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and those have pretty much become my life line the past year. I eat, sleep, and breathe Jiu Jitsu now.

What do you look for in a guy?

I look for manners. You'd be surprised to see how few men still open doors for women or walk on the outside of the sidewalk which seems almost completely lost in our culture nowadays.

What do you do when you want to turn on a man?

Humans, as a species, feel a natural need for a connection and everyone wants to feel desired. I think the average male most likely doesn't get the attention he wants or deserves. I think the thing that can turn a man on the most is knowing that he's wanted and desired. That special look that us women give, that special look with those "bedroom eyes" just screaming at him. The look that we give that tells him, "I want you." I think a good majority of the men in this world have been neglected in that department.
