I caught my girlfriend “sexting” an old boyfriend. I know she likes the attention from other men but is “sexting” with other guys taking it too far?

Technology today has made everything really confusing as far as boundaries and what’s considered appropriate or not. I would say that this is not acceptable behavior in my book. See if she likes roofies instead. I’m KIDDING. Only wanting to have sex when you’re intoxicated is an issue. That would be extremely indicative that she has bigger problems that need to be addressed and resolved. If she won’t change her ways (because she’s the one with the problem), you’re going to need to re-evaluate your relationship and/or make her a post-bar booty call kind of gal.

First off, the art of the dick pic is a fine one. You should always ask a woman what her thoughts are on being on the receiving end of a racy picture. Most women aren’t thrilled about dick pics and if your girl is cool enough to like to receive shots of your manhood you should abide by the following rules before hitting send on your junk: 1. No toilets in the shot. ANYWHERE.EVER. 2. Make sure your package looks attractive and presentable – ie. manscaping is up to par and it does not look like a shriveled up mini elephant. 3. Get a shot from an attractive angle. Penises aren’t always pretty. Learn your best sides and angles. Send me something that will elicit a “damn!” and will make me want to show my friends. In other words, make me proud.

I have been hitting the gym lately and getting pretty good results. what is your advice for a newbie in the gym? What exercises should I focus on to get the quickest results?

I like walking lunges with weights and HIIT cardio exercises like running stairs and jump squats in order to get my heart rate up. Make sure your form is proper in order to yield the best results when performing any exercise.
